Our client is actively seeking a strong and dynamic Logistics Operations Specialist, responsible for managing all outbound transportation administration. This includes recording deliveries in the ERP system, coordinating with transport providers, organizing shipments and ensuring timely invoicing and communication with customers regarding their orders.
Key Responsibilities
:
Monitor and follow up on customer orders
Coordinate with Production for order preparation and packaging operations.
Organize and track transport, shipments, and customs processes
Record deliveries in the ERP system
Prepare and issue sales invoices
Send invoices to customers and ensure proper follow-up
Administer and monitor all shipment activities
Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding shipments, delays, and lead times
Register and follow-up on claims with shipping companies
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in international logistics and shipments, including handling shipping documents, quality certificates, and customs compliance
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Salesforce)
Professional proficiency in English, enabling effective communication and follow-up with clients in the USA, Europe, and other international regions
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in a corporate logistics or supply chain environment.
