Customer Experience Officer

As a Customer Experience Officer, you are responsible for providing solutions and services to our existing customers within your region. Supporting the Area Sales Team, you help drive aftermarket sales success by ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. You will report to the Sales Support & Engineering Manager.

Your responsibilities

• You collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement the company's Aftermarket plan for the region.
• You proactively engage with existing customers, identifying opportunities to drive aftermarket sales by offering tailored software, hardware and aftermarket services such as trainings, technical audits and incubational support.
• You provide impactful software and cloud application demos, either remotely or in person with customers.
• You apply your expertise in software and cloud applications to support the Area Sales Manager on new projects when required.
• You prepare quotations, process orders and actively monitor whether customers are utilizing the delivered aftermarket solutions and assess their satisfaction.

Your profile

• You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• You have a strong ambition in sales and a drive to succeed.
• You are enthusiastic about the digital evolution in sectors like the poultry business, recognizing the unique opportunities within niche industries.
• You have an affinity for software and cloud applications, and strong skills in sales administration are a valuable asset.
• You are a strong communicator. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. You must either already have knowledge of French or be committed to learning it. Good knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are open to traveling abroad (30%) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
