Our client is a fast-growing consultancy firm specialised in the outsourcing of sales, marketing and digital marketing professionals. To support their growth ambitions, we are assisting them in the search for a Lead Recruiter.
Description:
As Lead Recruiter, you take on a hybrid role that combines hands-on recruitment with leadership and coaching. You play a key role in improving the performance and maturity of the recruitment team.
- You take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and management of the recruitment activities.
- You coach and mentor junior recruiters by providing them guidance, structured feedback and by regularly following up on their personal performance.
- You are actively involved in daily recruitment activities such as sourcing and screening of sales, marketing and digital marketing profiles.
- You work closely with the commercial department, ensuring alignment on client needs and priorities.
- You ensure that recruitment KPIs and targets are met by following up on team performance and adjusting where needed.
- You share best practices through workshops and regularly suggest process optimisation initiatives.
- You are the central point of contact within the recruitment team and report directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and a proven track record in coaching recruiters.
- You have experience in a consultancy environment.
- You’ve obtained a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
- You combine a commercial mindset with the ability to engage and attract consultants.
- You are a strong communicator with very efficient reporting skills.
- You are very mature, take ownership and have a go-getter mentality.
- You are hands-on, take initiative and stimulate others to do the same.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (must); French is considered an asset.
- You combine flexible homeworking with 3 days per week on site in the offices in Antwerp and Brussels.
