  • You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing hospitality environment
  • You bring strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility
  • You have experience in revenue management and sales performance
  • You are an inspiring people leader who develops talent and builds strong teams
  • You think entrepreneurially and act with a hands-on mindset
  • You are confident analysing figures and making strategic decisions
  • You are comfortable working with IT systems and reporting tools
  • You have experience working in a unionised environment
  • You speak English fluently; additional languages are an advantage

  • Legal Sector Salary – the gross annual salary for this position is € 7.500€ per month

  • Overall leadership and strategic management of the hotel and all departments
  • Full responsibility for financial performance, budgeting and profit & loss
  • Driving revenue, market share and profitability beyond the competitive set
  • Leading, inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Ensuring brand standards and operational excellence across all areas
  • Managing recruitment, training, performance and employee engagement
  • Analysing business performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Working closely with regional teams (Operations, Sales, Revenue, Finance)
  • Building strong relationships with local partners, businesses and stakeholders
  • Acting as a visible ambassador for the hotel within the local community
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, safety and statutory requirements
  • Managing guest satisfaction and responding proactively to feedback
  • Collaborating with external partners and suppliers, including outsourced services
