Key Account & National Sales Manager


Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to fill the role of National Sales Manager & Key Account Manager , contributing to the growth of their brand across the Benelux region.

Responsibilities

  • You participate in deploying the commercial policy and operational functioning for your key customer portfolio.
  • You develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio.
  • You manage negotiations with clients, aligning with the commercial strategy and client terms.
  • You ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to clients.
  • You plan and forecast for your key accounts.
  • You lead and develop a team of 12, including pharmaceutical representatives and beauty advisors.
  • You recruit talented team members in collaboration with the HR department.

What are we looking for?

  • You have extensive experience in a commercial role, focusing on people management, key account management, and business development.
  • You are a strong negotiator with a proven ability to drive business growth.
  • You possess analytical capabilities and a strategic vision.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in Dutch , French , and English .
