Category Manager

Tasks

• Define and execute sourcing strategies for Transport & Distribution categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and supplier selection.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
• Lead commercial negotiations and develop appropriate commercial models.
• Negotiate and manage Master Agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies.
• Develop business cases, including make-versus-buy analyses.
• Integrate risk management, compliance, and sustainability into sourcing activities.

Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement or category management roles.
• You have previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• You possess strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation strategies
• You are skilled at contract management
• You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• You display flexibility and adaptability in response to changing regulations and market conditions.
• You are fluent in English.
• French is a plus.
