Qualifications

Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a SQL Server DBA or in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server database administration and management.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server-related services, such as SSRS (Reporting Services) and SSIS (Integration Services).
• Experience implementing database security best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and database development.
• Skilled in using tools like SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Solid grasp of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.

Other Technologies

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, and SCOM is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Working Conditions

• Occasional on-call support may be required.
• Availability for off-hours work during critical situations or emergencies.
• Primary objective: Ensure a reliable, secure, and sustainable database service.
