  • Develop and maintain corporate electrical standards aligned with IEC, UL, and internal requirements
  • Participate in commissioning and validation activities of control systems and related hardware
  • Interpret process diagrams, P&IDs, functional specs, and mechanical drawings for design input
  • Document electrical designs with appropriate traceability and version control
  • Support knowledge transfer to installation teams and ensure quality execution
  • Communicate technical decisions clearly across departments and to non-technical stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in electrical design within a manufacturing or machinery environment
  • Strong technical knowledge in cable sizing, schematics, and compliance
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills; able to liaise with global stakeholders across functions
  • Familiarity with automation or controls engineering is a plus
  • Structured, documentation-focused approach to design work
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Occasional international travel expected (low frequency)
