About This Opportunity:
Pacific International has been retained by a leading international manufacturerat the intersection of construction and renewable energy. Known for its operational excellence and collaborative culture, the company is strengthening its leadership team and is now seeking a Senior Finance & HR Manager to lead its regional finance operations and people management activities.
Based in Belgium, you will be responsible for ensuring robust financial governance, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective HR processes across France, Belgium and the Netherlands. You will work closely with senior leadership, acting as a key business partner to provide critical financial insights, support strategic decision‐making, and help shape the organization's financial and HR frameworks.
