Pacific International is partnering with a global leader in industrial process technologies to appoint a Business and Commercial Excellence Leader for EMEA.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead commercial excellence initiatives across the EMEA region. The position is a key strategic leadership role focused on optimising market approach, harmonising processes, and driving business intelligence as a critical enabler for informed decision-making and sustained growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries to influence, align, and implement best practices that enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency within the industrial process sector.
This role requires frequent travel (up to 40%) across EMEA to ensure deep understanding of local markets and to drive harmonisation and excellence.
