We are seeking a driven and experienced Orthopaedic & Robotic Sales Specialist to cover the Limburg region of Belgium. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a key territory that includes a major flagship hospital account and to represent a cutting-edge portfolio of orthopaedic implants and surgical robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a high-potential territory with a strong existing customer base.
• Build trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, especially robotic-assisted cases.
• Promote a premium portfolio of orthopaedic implants, instruments, and surgical robotics technology.
• Deliver account growth through strategic planning, product training, and customer engagement.
• Act as a consultative partner to healthcare professionals, identifying solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal Profile:

• Previous sales experience in orthopaedics, trauma, or related surgical specialities.
• Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and theatre procedures.
• Confident, self-motivated, and passionate about surgical innovation.
• Fluent in Dutch; English and/or French a plus.
• Based in Limburg or willing to relocate within the region.
• Comfortable working in a clinical and technical sales environment.
