Your mission 🚀

- provide top-notch phone support.

- Make friction disappear. Get creative and find innovative solutions to keep our users smiling.

- Team up with the Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Development teams to represent the voice of our users.

- Bring your brainstorming A-game to enhance our team's efficiency and elevate the overall customer experience!

What we're looking for in you ✅

• Ready to rock the first 2 weeks in our office (on-site).
• Hungry for knowledge? We're here for it!
• You treat every customer with just that little extra touch of empathy & friendlyness
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English.
• Previous Customer Service experience? Bonus points for you!
• Working hours are between 09:00 - 17:30
