Senior Construction Scheduler

Overview
PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a
Senior Construction Scheduler
on a major data center construction project, developing and maintaining comprehensive construction programs across all phases and trades..

Responsibilities

• Develop master construction schedule using Primavera P6
• Create detailed work breakdown structures and activity sequencing
• Conduct critical path analysis and resource leveling
• Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple contractors and trades
• Monitor progress against baseline and identify recovery opportunities
• Develop \"what-if\" scenarios and schedule optimization strategies
• Support construction sequencing and logistics planning
• Manage schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis
• Prepare schedule reports and attend progress meetings
• Interface with project controls team on earned value integration
• Lead schedule risk analysis and contingency planning

Qualifications

• 6+ years construction scheduling on major projects (€100M+)
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and trade sequences
• Experience with data center or mission-critical infrastructure preferred
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and critical systems commissioning
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contractor teams
• Data center construction phases and technology integration knowledge
• Critical path analysis and schedule compression techniques
• Resource planning and optimization capabilities
• Fluent English; local language skills beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
