We are PLAYAR, an immersive experience studio rooted in pop and game culture, creating innovative mixed reality experiences and 3D / GenAI content for brands and agencies on social platforms (Snap, TikTok, Web), immersive screens and XR headsets. Our office is located in Antwerp but we serve clients across the globe. Since our inception in 2020, we have developed over 500 experiences for the likes of Disney, Samsung, 2K Games, Gucci, Oreo, Dior, Coca Cola and many more

We are currently looking for a FULL TIME:

CREATIVE PRODUCER (MEDIOR & IN-OFFICE)

In this role you are responsible for managing immersive projects from A-to-Z. You are the day-to-day liaison between our clients and our team of 3D artists, (motion) designers and developers. Fluent in English, French and preferably Dutch. You are not afraid of juggling multiple projects at any given time, keeping them on track, budget and brief and all of this without losing your casual cool. 

But it’s not only about getting things done. You are driven to make outstanding creative and innovative work and your sharp eye for detail helps lift our projects to the next level. Your natural enthusiasm empowers the team to go the extra mile. You bring previous experience having worked on interactive / digital / XR projects for brands in a high-pace environment and budgeting / scheduling have no secrets for you. You are a self-starter, a problem solver, a good communicator and a great team player but are not afraid to lead the pack when deadlines close in and things get serious.

You will:

●      Spend your days owning the execution and delivery of all kinds of immersive projects (AR games, virtual fashion try-ons, location based & retail experiences, FOOH & GenAI video) on a variety of platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Meta, Web and Immersive Screens).

●      Serve as the main point of contact for clients and team members, locally and remote, on projects assigned to you. 

●      Support our client-facing team in creating project ballparks, contacting third-party suppliers and organizing location based activations

●      Be king or queen of the scope by creating project briefs, estimates, schedules and tracking project and team progress meticulously

●      Clients and team members love you and you build relationships lasting way into the future

●      Work in a team of really nice and talented 3D artists, designers, developers and fellow producers and care about helping to take this team to the next level.

Requirements:

●      Experience as a producer / project manager in a creative, interactive or experiential agency

●      Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members and clients across all kinds of communication platforms

●      Good verbal and written knowledge of English & French are a must

●      Good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch is preferred

●      A good technical knowledge of 2D / 3D / AR / Development flows

●      Experience managing international clients and remote (global) & local teams

●      Extensive problem-solving skills that help you prioritize tasks and overcome project roadblocks

●      Experience with project tooling like Discord, G-Suite, Float, Office and presentation tools like Keynote, Canva etc.

●      A love for new technology, games, entertainment, visual arts, pop culture and new forms of interactive media changing the consumer experience landscape

●      A good feel for fashion & luxury, entertainment and current and upcoming global trends in brand experiences and design
