is how business is done in IT & Digital, Telecom, Automation, Energy, Construction, Transportation and other industries where complex solutions, systems, products and services are sold and procured.

WHO ARE WE?

We are the
Project Business Management Association:
a community of practitioners, all volunteers. We are from different industries, different functions, different countries.

We believe that how Project Business is conducted today can be improved: too many projects fail, in one way or the other; The roots of failures are always in the Development Phase: This is the "business phase", before the contract, where client and supplier meet.

We have one common purpose: re-think and re-re-define how we procure, sell and develop successful projects in the 21st century. Our goal is to establish a new management discipline: Project Business Management (PBM), and build a dedicated professional organization.

Volunteer to participate in discussions, experience-sharing, brainstorm with industry leaders and peers about PBM.

Volunteer to co-write the PBM Body of Knowledge.

Volunteer to create and manage a professional organization dedicated to PBM.

Volunteer to promote PBM around you and on LinkedIn.
