To support its continued growth, conVeyXO is seeking a Head of Programs (M/F).

Responsibilities

As the Head of Programs, you will be the CEO’s strategic partner, translating company vision into actionable tactical plans and ensuring operational coordination across all programs. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and collaborations, driving the development and industrialization of ConvEyXO’s therapeutic exosome portfolio and technology platform.

Key responsibilities :

• Strategic program leadership to translate company strategy into tactical program plans and operational roadmaps.
• You oversee the execution of multiple, complex projects spanning therapeutic development and technology platform industrialization.
• Drive internal and cross-functional team between R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and engineering teams
• Monitor program and project progress, steer development, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain consolidated dashboards and reports for program status, risks, and KPIs
• Lead and manage collaborations with engineering companies, biotech, pharma, CDMOs, CROs, and other strategic partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Represent ConvEyXO in external meetings and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Profile

• You hold a advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
• You have 8+ years’ experience in program or project management within biotech, pharma, or advanced therapy industries.
• You demonstrate proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs and external collaborations.
• You have strong negociation, communication and leadership skills.
• You are certified in project/program management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.).
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• You have an autonomous, proactive, and able to manage complexity with a holistic vision.
