is hiring a
Project & Process Lead
for a major client in the pharmaceutical sector in
Geel
, Belgium.

Due to the continued growth of our site and the increasing project workload, we are currently seeking an experienced Project & Process Lead with a strong
pharma background
to join the Engineering team. This leadership role requires a
broad technical skillset
encompassing
process, utilities, and GMP expertise
, with the ability to manage and support multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects from
  initiation to handover
  , including engineering, tendering, construction, commissioning, and project control.
• Act as
  sub-lead
  for larger projects, managing subteams and/or specific scopes.
• Conduct
  feasibility and engineering studies
  , ensuring alignment with internal engineers, SMEs, and preferred contractors.
• Drive
  project excellence
  through proactive leadership, collaboration, and adherence to GMP and safety standards.

The ideal profile:

• Solid experience in
  project management and control
  across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong
  utilities knowledge
  (HVAC, energy systems, etc.).
• Proven
  process engineering
  expertise.
• Experience in
  construction management
  and
  commissioning
  .
• Skilled in
  people and change management
  .
• Sound understanding of
  GMP requirements
  (change control, area classification, etc.).
• Strong
  safety mindset
  (work permits, LOTO procedures, etc.).
