Product & Growth Marketer

About the Role

At Optioryx, we help logistics teams work faster and more efficiently. Our AI tools are already being used in warehouses to solve real problems.

We are looking for a Product & Growth Marketer to join our team in Ghent (Wintercircus). In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth and product positioning. While you’ll help set the marketing strategy, most of your time will be spent building and executing.

What you’ll be doing

You will be the go-to person for our growth funnel, focusing on both performance and high-quality content. This includes:

• Messaging: Finding the best way to explain our products so customers understand the benefits immediately.
• Growth & ads: Running and improving our Google and LinkedIn ads to reach the right audience.
• Content: Planning and hosting webinars, writing case studies, and creating simple videos that show our value.
• Website conversion: Updating landing pages and testing website flows to improve results.
• Strategy: Taking ownership of the growth roadmap and deciding where we should focus our energy next.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the rest of the marketing team, sales, and product to keep everything aligned.

Who you are

We need a "doer" who is comfortable taking initiative and working as part of a small, driven team.

• B2B SaaS Experience: You’ve worked in software marketing and know how to talk to business customers.
• Experimentation Mindset: You’re not afraid to write, build, post, and test quickly. You value "done" and "learning" over "perfect and late."
• Proactive: You don't wait for a to-do list. You see opportunities to improve our growth and you go after them.
• Tech savvy: You’re comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Value driven: You focus on the problems we solve for our customers, not just listing features.
