Scheduler – Greenfield & Backup Support - (Belgium / Netherlands)

Location:
Belgium (with possible NL site support)

Start:
Q1 2026 |
Part-time:
2–3 days/week

We're supporting a leading
pharma / medical device
client in strengthening their scheduling team for upcoming
greenfield and brownfield
projects across Belgium and the Netherlands.

What you'll do:

• Support the existing Scheduler with day-to-day planning and tracking activities.
• Maintain consistency across multiple project schedules and reporting tools.
• Contribute to early-stage
  greenfield project planning and development
  .
• Integrate data into
  J&J's central scheduling systems
  .
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a
  Scheduler / Planner
  in
  pharma, medical device, or industrial construction
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Primavera P6
  and/or
  MS Project
  .
• Fluent in
  German and French
  ;
  Dutch
  is a strong plus.
• Flexible and reliable for
  part-time work (2–3 days/week)
  supporting multiple smaller projects.
