Application Production Support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support to users.
• Supervise all technical and functional components of the application.
• Orchestrate and manage application releases within the assigned scope.
• Create, update, and maintain application documentation.
• Maintain and update operating procedures.
• Analyze, measure, and improve performance of application components to enhance user experience.
• Perform technical integration of applications using existing products and services.
• Manage requests for functional evolutions.

• CA Automation Scheduler
• Axway Transfer CFT
• ServiceNow (production tools)
• Linux OS
• Shell scripting
• Middleware: Ansible, MQ Series, NGINX
• API Management
• Dynatrace (monitoring tools)
• Java/Spring Boot troubleshooting
• Strong user support capabilities
