Business Analyst – Cards Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business needs, trends, and competition to propose product and service improvements.
• Analyse and evaluate change requests, developing business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as an interface with stakeholders, bridging business needs with IT.
• Define business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business & IT).
• Follow up on change implementation, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Experience Required:

• At least 6 years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in cards issuing and card transactions.
• Knowledge of the Belgian banking industry (players, trends, etc.).
• Ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT.
• Preferable: process design/reengineering, BI (data queries, reporting), knowledge of technical aspects of cards.
