Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

CRM Team is responsible for:

  • Design: Design the CRM Product and the underlying rules and processes
  • Implementation: Ensure the operational readiness of the processes to be operated,
  • Operations: Execute the processes of prequalification (i.e. registration, checks and controls, calculation of parameters… for all the participants to the CRM mechanism), auction, monitoring and settlement, reporting & transparency, etc.

In view of the task of operating the CRM Processes,we are looking for a (CRM) Operator to reinforce the CRM Operations team. As CRM Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team amid the market action. More particularly, we are seeking to reinforce the team to contribute to the operations of the processes related to the Prequalification process of the CRM in the view of the upcoming CRM auctions. In this function you will be responsible for analyzing and ensuring that the Candidates to the CRM auctions are fulfilling all the necessary participation criteria. You will benefit from the experience of our experts to take in your hands and execute the needed operational procedures. You’ll be part of a team of colleagues doing similar tasks like you but different processes as well as interacting with colleagues developing and supporting the processes and IT tools, Key Account Managers,…

The tasks executed by the (CRM) Operators are the following ones:

  • You will participate to the Prequalification process of the CRM
  • After an onboarding and learning period, you will be in front line for the execution of the operations of the CRM Prequalification process.
  • You will also manage proactively the operational questions from the CRM Candidates or the internal stakeholders in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager Adequacy and the product architect
  • You will ensure the accurate respect of the organized process (automated and manual tasks) and involve the requested persons / departments
  • You willactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the process by providing feedback and key learning to the Implementation Managers
  • You will learn and support other operational processes that are part of the Team responsibilities, such as the VSP Tender.


Requirements:

  • You hold at least a Master degree in engineering.
  • You have a desire to develop a strong expertise in the electricity market functioning.
  • You have preferably 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • You highly enjoy working with numbers, data and IT tools.
  • You have a strong analytical and customer-oriented mindset.
  • You are not afraid of complexity.
  • You enjoy an operational context, aiming to deliver quality accurately and timely while remaining pragmatic.
  • You are very fluent in English and in Dutch or French (and have a good understanding of the other language).
  • You have a strong and proven data skills in Excel and a good knowledge of Outlook applications such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Your able to work with and/or program in Python (or similar environments) for data analysis.
  • You are able to work autonomously and manage different tasks and priorities.
  • You are a team player.
