Experience Requirements
- Hands-on experience in first-line care of technical problems.
- Proficiency in registering and resolving incidents, including the ability to use a ticketing system effectively.
- Familiarity with mobile devices.
- Proven experience with Windows print management.
- Competence in referring technical issues to second-line support when necessary.
Technical Knowledge
- Solid understanding of:
- Windows OS.
- Office 365.
- Basic IT fundamentals.
- Networking.
- PC hardware.
- Preferable knowledge of Active Directory.
IT Service Management
- Knowledge of best practices for IT-service management.
