Location: Belgium (Louvain-la-Neuve) Your responsibilities: We're looking for a dynamic, hands‑on GTM Lead - Clinical Development SaaS who will serve as the commercial architect of One2Treat. Reporting to the CEO, this is a commission-based role. Your mission: shape our GTM strategy, elevate our positioning, sharpen our messaging, and accelerate the adoption of our platform within pharma R&D organizations. You'll combine strategy and execution to turn market needs into growth and make One2Treat value impossible to ignore. Who are we? To achieve this, One2Treat is building an integrated SaaS platform, based on advanced statistical and AI models, designed to bring patient-centricity to the heart of Pharma R&D. One2Treat Voice captures patient preferences and helps identify and prioritize the outcomes that matter most to patients and clinicians. This enables sponsors to pre‑specify a multidimensional endpoint aligned with real‑world priorities. One2Treat Insights enables pharma R&D teams to analyze and interpret clinical trial data, informing strategic decision‑making based on the totality of evidence (e.g., dose optimization, go/no‑go decisions). By combining these tools, One2Treat supports smarter clinical trial design and more informed benefit and risk assessments, ultimately aligning clinical development objectives with what truly matters to patients and clinicians. What You'll do: 1. Strategy & market positioning Own and execute the GTM strategy, ensuring tight alignment with One2Treat's business objectives and product roadmap. Position the platform with a compelling, simple value proposition tailored to target segments (e.g., NTB focused endpoints, Project Optimus). Oversee market intelligence to surface trends, customer needs, potential competitors, and differentiation opportunities (e.g., collaboration tools for site/patient engagement teams within pharma sponsors). 2. Sales enablement and pipeline development o Build and maintain a practical sales playbook, including pricing models, objection handling, and case studies. o Define ICPs (Ideal Customer Profile) and prioritize accounts for focused outreach. o Oversee creation of targeted campaigns, sales collateral, pitch decks, and thought-leadership content to drive positioning and adoption. o Be accountable for new sales targets and pipeline creation/influence. 3. Cross-functional leadership o Act as the connective tissue between GTM, Product, and Services to ensure GTM motions are aligned, scalable and repeatable. o Lead campaign execution, managing timelines, owners and deliverables across teams. o Manage prospect and early customer expectations, setting clear next steps and success criteria. o Engage in early project implementations to learn, capture feedback, and refine the overall offering. o Channel structured feedback to product management to inform roadmap, messaging, and sales enablement. What we're looking for: · Experience in tech start‑ups and GTM roles within innovative SaaS commercialization. · Exposure to pharma R&D / clinical development stakeholders. · End-to-end ownership with a measurable impact on pipeline/revenue. · Ability to translate clinical/statistical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions. · Cross functional leadership across GTM, Product, and Services. · Proven ability to ramp fast in a new environment. Nice to have: · Background in product led growth, customer onboarding, or sales enablement build‑outs. · Familiarity with patient-centric initiatives and/or Life Sciences regulators (e.g. FDA, EMA). · Exposure to strategic clinical decision making informed by data.
