Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Test Engineer, based in Brussels. The responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing automated test cases, maintaining testing frameworks, and identifying software defects. The role requires close collaboration with development teams to ensure software quality and effective test coverage. The Automation Test Engineer will also document test processes and results while contributing to process improvements in testing procedures.
Skills:
Scriptwriting & Development: Conceptualizing and writing the script, including character dialogue, setting descriptions, and stage directions.
Revisions & Editing: Refining the script based on feedback from dramaturgs, directors, or producers.
Collaboration: Working closely with directors, producers, designers, and actors to translate the written text into a live performance.
Research: Conducting research to ensure historical, cultural, or thematic accuracy.
Rehearsal Participation: Attending rehearsals to provide script support and make live adjustments.
Networking & Promotion: Taking part in workshops, readings, and press/marketing activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Test Engineering and Test Execution
Ability to create, execute, and maintain Test Cases
Good hands on experience with Playwright automation
Ability to do POC on new applications
Experience with Testing and Functional Testing to ensure software quality
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in working with Agile development methodologies is a plus
