Senior Project Manager – EMEA

Location: Belgium (Hybrid or Remote – see below for details)

This is a senior-level role leading large, often complex, enterprise software implementation projects across the EMEA region. Based at the organisation’s European HQ in Belgium, the role will see you working with international clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of multi-phase implementation programmes.


About the Role:


As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee long-term projects—often multi-site and six-figure in scope—delivering strategic value to clients in printing, packaging, and related industries. Unlike hands-on implementation consultants, you’ll focus on high-level project governance, resource planning, and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise software implementation projects across EMEA
  • Develop and manage project plans, including business analysis, test strategies, and specifications
  • Allocate and coordinate resources across technical and functional teams
  • Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
  • Track and report on key success metrics and project milestones
  • Produce structured status updates and activity reports according to internal standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders at a strategic level
  • Liaise closely with product management, helpdesk, and cross-departmental teams to enhance client experience
  • Manage third-party vendors, contractors, or consultants as needed
  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvement


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally with ERP or enterprise software systems
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple functions and regions
  • Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management, planning, and organisational skills
  • Confident liaising with clients, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with limited supervision
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time across the EMEA region


Location & Flexibility:

  • Ideally based in Belgium, within commuting distance of the Oostkamp HQ (2 days per week on-site)
