Team Lead Wind Turbines - Belgium

We are currently seeking a Team Lead who combines technical expertise with strong leadership abilities to oversee daily field operations and support our technicians in achieving operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people development, planning efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support field service technicians across multiple sites.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively in coordination with logistics and planning teams.
• Monitor team performance and support goal setting, coaching, and professional development.
• Conduct site visits, safety briefings, and technical inspections.
• Review and approve administrative documentation such as time sheets and expense reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce operational costs.
• Act as liaison between field staff and project/operations managers to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate training activities in collaboration with internal departments to ensure ongoing technical and safety compliance.

In this role, you’ll manage a team of wind turbine technicians and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities. You will ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while also supporting the professional development of your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A technical background with a relevant degree or professional training.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a technical or field service environment.
• Experience with wind turbines or similar industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
• You are based in Belgium ( This is a must ).
