Position Description

Obsidian Policy Analysis seeks foreign policy consultants with expertise on EU. This position requires a deep understanding of policy-making process in respective countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and analysis on EU domestic politics, foreign policy and its international implication.

Qualifications

-Experienced in consultancy, especially in the field of EU domestic and foreign policies, trends, and other issues;

-possessing knowledge, skills and willingness to conduct both OSINT and HUMINT;

-equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical rigor, high sense of responsibility and a broad network;

Education and Experience

-Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, in international relations, global affairs, political science or discipline related; 

-Having previous working experience in international organizations or government departments, and responsible for international-relations related topics in the agencies above.

Payment

Between 600 and 1000 euro for each paper (case by case)
