Business Manager


Role Summary

As Business Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of clients. You

ensure client satisfaction, nurture long-term partnerships and oversee the execution of media campaigns in

collaboration with internal teams. You act as the orchestrator between clients, media, digital and creative teams while

identifying growth opportunities and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and build long term trusted relationships.
  • Understand client's business and marketing challenges & needs to deliver relevant media strategies.
  • Develop, present and defend integrated media strategies (offline and online)
  • Supervise the planning, execution and monitoring of campaigns, ensuring quality, timeliness and performance.
  • Lead project teams composed of Junior Account Executives/ Account Executives and operational profiles.
  • Manage budgets: estimates, tracking, financial reporting.
  • Identify business development opportunities (upselling, innovation)
  • Contribute to pitches, strategic proposals and client presentations.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, media innovations and industry developments.
  • Feel comfortable presenting your plans and ideas
  • Like to initiate new ideas
  • Communicate fluently in Dutch/French and English, both in written and spoken conversations
