We're on the lookout for talented and energetic individuals who are passionate about the surf & snow lifestyle to join our O'Neill team at Designer Outlet Nieuwpoort We are looking for multiple full-time team members hours per week) available from late June to the end of August 2026. The Job
Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be key in driving daily sales and helping to meet store targets. You'll be responsible for:
Maintaining the store layout and product display according to O'Neill's guidelines
Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere
Advising customers on the perfect O'Neill products to match their needs
Providing support with communication and administrative tasks
