Role Overview
You will own the entire GTM engine for the Enterprise Sales Go-to-market. Your mission is to ensure every revenue-facing team member:
- Understands Nuitée’s products, value props, and ICPs deeply
- Can articulate why Nuitée wins across target markets
- Is equipped with the right materials, playbooks, and training at every stage of the funnel
- Closes faster, with higher win rates and larger deal sizes
This is a strategic, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product and Marketing and Revenue
Travel tech experience is a strong advantage. You’ll be translating complex supply chains, distribution models, commissions, and integrations into compelling commercial narratives.
This is a role for someone who measures time in impact, not hours, and finds energy in building something truly meaningful and category-defining.
What You’ll Do
- Align product, sales, and marketing to win the right customers at scale.
- Build and own Nuitée’s global GTM framework
- Define onboarding, ramp-up, and continuous learning programs for Sales & Partnerships
Content & Playbooks
- Own and evolve the sales content stack end-to-end , including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, objection-handling frameworks, and use-case playbooks.
- Define how value is communicated at every stage of the funnel, ensuring messaging is clear, differentiated, and grounded in real customer use cases.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across all customer-facing surfaces - website, outbound sequences, sales decks, demos, onboarding flows, and - so every interaction reinforces the same narrative and positioning.
Product & Market Translation
- Work closely with Product to translate roadmap, features, and architecture into:
- Sales-ready narratives
- Demo flows and scripts
- Turn technical capabilities into commercial stories
Training & Coaching
- Deliver regular training sessions:
- Product updates
- Industry trends (B2B2C, loyalty, fintech travel, AI in travel)
Profile
Must-haves
- 6–8+ years in GTM, Sales Strategy or Product Marketing.
- Proven experience in fast growing B2B SaaS or platform businesses
- Strong storytelling + structured thinking
- Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Systems thinker: builds frameworks, not one-off decks
- Commercially sharp: understands how deals are won
- Product-fluent: comfortable with APIs, flows, and technical concepts
- Founder mindset: acts like an owner
- Native English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
Strong Preference
- Background in Travel Tech, OTA, airline, hospitality, fintech+travel, or loyalty platforms.
- Understanding of the mechanics behind travel platforms
- Wholesale vs. retail economics, margins, and commission structures
- Supply vs. demand dynamics in global travel markets across verticals (Accommodation, Flights, Activities, Car Rental)
- How API-driven products are integrated, adopted, and scaled
