About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Financing Analyst to join our investment and fundraising team. This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives in building materials from scratch and wants to develop deep expertise in new energy project finance. You will work directly with senior team members on live fundraising and investment analysis, with clear ownership of deliverables from day one.
Responsibilities
Ⅰ Fundraising Materials & Documentation
Draft and refine fundraising decks, offering memoranda, and roadshow materials with minimal supervision—strong slide craftsmanship is essential
Build and maintain organized, version-controlled databases of fund documents and investor materials
Support fund formation and amendment processes by preparing legal and compliance documentation packages
Manage investor Q&A logs and coordinate timely responses during due diligence processes
Ⅱ Investment Analysis & Modeling
Construct and maintain project finance models for new energy investments, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and return metrics
Conduct valuation analysis from both fundraising and investment perspectives
Prepare internal memos and investment committee materials with clear data visualization
Ⅲ Market Intelligence
Track global renewable energy investment trends and peer fundraising activities
Monitor ESG policy developments and assess implications for capital raising strategies
Requirements:
Several years of experience in renewable energy investment, project finance, fundraising, or related financial analysis roles (analyst/associate level)
Demonstrated ability to build clean, compelling PowerPoint presentations with strong narrative flow—portfolio required
Solid Excel skills with hands-on experience in financial modeling; familiarity with project finance structures preferred
Working proficiency in English for written materials and verbal communication
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams with tight deadlines
Open to business travel as needed
