Brussels | Investment Fund | Reporting to CFO We are supporting an entrepreneurial investment fund in the recruitment of a Finance & Administration Officer. The Role You will act as a key financial and administrative backbone of the fund, supporting both corporate and fund operations. Your Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Support day-to-day accounting activities across fund entities Review invoices and expenses Assist in quarterly reporting and liaise with external accountants Track investor cash movements and support capital calls & distributions Fund & Investor Operations Coordinate investor onboarding Maintain investor records and governance documentation Support preparation of investor reports and LPAC materials Compliance & Administration Maintain compliance registers and filing calendars Support regulatory documentation Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness Coordinate suppliers and administrative workflows Your Profile Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 2–5 years of experience in audit, accounting, controlling or financial analysis Strong Excel skills High level of rigor and attention to detail Comfortable interacting with investors and external stakeholders Structured, proactive and able to operate independently Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus) Why This Role Is Attractive This is an ideal opportunity for a junior professional coming from audit, accounting or controlling who wants to: Move closer to the business and investors Gain exposure to fund operations and governance Work in an entrepreneurial and agile investment environment Develop a broad financial skillset beyond pure accounting
