As a Principal, you take senior responsibility for client impact, team development and the growth of Nova Reperta. You combine deep content expertise with leadership and commercial ownership, acting as a trusted sparring partner for senior clients and internal leadership.
You are accountable for the success of complex engagements, from shaping the problem and defining the approach to steering delivery and ensuring lasting impact. You work closely with Partners and other Principals, coach Case Leads and consultants, and actively contribute to business development and practice growth.
This role is for experienced leaders who are comfortable making decisions, managing risk and taking responsibility beyond a single case.
What you will do
- Take end-to-end responsibility for complex consulting engagements and client relationships
- Act as senior sparring partner for C-level and executive stakeholders
- Shape engagement approaches, scope and priorities together with Partners
- Ensure quality, impact and consistency across multiple cases or programs
- Coach and develop Case Leads and senior consultants
- Identify and develop new client opportunities and follow-on work
- Contribute to proposition development, thought leadership and practice building
Actively manage risks, trade-offs and escalation points during delivery
10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or comparable leadership roles
- Proven track record in leading complex engagements with senior stakeholders
- Strong judgment and decision-making ability in ambiguous environments
- Experience combining content leadership with commercial responsibility
- Ability to coach, challenge and develop senior team members
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership for both clients and firm
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
