Overview Our client is a funded ComplianceTech venture building company. They're looking for a tech-savvy professionals with corporate governance, legal, or accounting backgrounds to help transform traditional corporate secretarial services. What You Will Do Manage the client transfer-in process and handle client onboarding Collaborate with the Compliance Manager on KYC procedures Serve as primary point of contact for our Hong Kong-based clients Collaborate with BVI team to prepare certificates of incumbency, good standing, and handle change to directors, members, and beneficial owners Manage regulatory submissions including economic substance and ensure accurate client record maintenance Update databases and work with Finance team on billing processes Handle transactions on VIRRGIN and coordinate with clients, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders Prepare minutes and resolutions in support of client transactions What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Corporate Governance, or related field with 3+ years years of experience in corporate services Proficient written and oral communication abilities in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and responsiveness High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and capacity to work under tight deadlines Tech-savvy Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Human Resources Services
