As an
Account Manager
, you will play a key role in managing and growing our client portfolio. Working within the Customer Success team, you will identify and seize opportunities to expand existing Agency accounts while providing proactive and personalized follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth Ownership:
    take full ownership of Nodalview's upsell and cross-sell strategy, driving measurable revenue growth within the client portfolio. Collaborate with our Digital CSM to generate leads through campaigns, webinars, and in-app engagement, and maximize the resulting revenue growth.
  • Proactive Opportunity Management:
    identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base, turning insights into actionable plans that drive expansion.
  • Subscription Renewals:
    lead annual subscription renewals, ensuring high retention and maximizing contract value.
  • Churn Management:
    collaborate with the Customer Success team to address most-complex at-risk accounts, resolve concerns
  • Client Relationship Development:
    build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on understanding needs, delivering value, and driving long-term engagement with Nodalview's solutions.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have
    2 to 3 years of experience
    in Sales or account management or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong
    commercial acumen
    and a proactive approach to client management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while
    collaborating with various teams
    .
  • Excellent
    communication
    skills, both written and spoken, in
    French and English
    . Proficiency in another language (Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector or visual content creation tools is a plus.
  • Start date: ASAP.
