Who we are looking for

We are looking for a
talented and passionate Robotics Software Engineer
to join our growing team.

You have a background in
robotics, vision, and automation
, and you're eager to develop software that enables
seamless human-robot interaction
.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and test cutting-edge software for collaborative robotic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to create intuitive and efficient cobotic solutions.
• Develop algorithms for
  real-time control, motion planning, and sensor integration
  .
• Implement
  machine learning models, vision, and AI
  techniques to enhance robot autonomy.
• Ensure
  software reliability, safety, and compliance
  with industry standards.
• Debug, optimize, and fine-tune software performance for real-world applications.
• Document software designs, processes, and protocols.
• Stay up to date with the latest robotics and automation trends and apply them in projects.
• Deploy robotic systems at customer sites and provide technical support.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
  or related field.
• Proven experience in
  software development for robotics/automation
  .
• Familiarity with
  hardware-in-the-loop systems
  .
• Strong programming skills in
  Python or C++
  .
• Experience with
  ROS1/ROS2
  or similar middleware.
• Solid understanding of
  control systems, kinematics, and sensor integration
  .
• Knowledge of
  machine learning, vision systems, and AI
  is a plus.
• Having experience with
  PLC's
  (like Siemens/Sigmatek) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in
  English
  (Dutch is a plus).
