To accommodate our growth, Nipro Medical EMEA is looking for a hands-on SAP SD Key User to support our digital transformation journey.

We are looking for a SAP SD Key User who is proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative to join our Operations team, based in our Mechelen office in Belgium.

About the role:
You will be working in a team that drives operational excellence through digital innovation. As the SAP SD Key User, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and end users, ensuring smooth implementation and optimization of sales and distribution processes.

What you'll do:

• Act as liaison between implementation teams and operational departments
• Design and test new process flows and provide sign-offs
• Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials
• Organize and co-facilitate training sessions for new processes
• Serve as first point of contact for system-related issues
• Conduct regression testing to ensure process stability

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or IT
• Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution module
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration
