Our client, a well respected software company in the transport tech space, is looking for a driven Account Executive to take ownership of the Belgian & Luxembourg market.
You'll be selling cutting-edge route optimization and transport management software (TMS) — solutions trusted by some of the biggest logistics operations in Europe. Your targets: companies running 25 to 500+ vehicles that want to drastically improve planning efficiency, reduce fuel costs, and meet stricter sustainability goals.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role with full ownership of your region, uncapped commission, and the backing of a strong international sales and presales team.
Key responsibilities
- Business development: Actively identify and pursue potential customers in your region, converting both inbound and outbound leads into long-term partnerships.
- Grow existing accounts: Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customers to increase account value and drive sustainable revenue.
- Pipeline management: Build and grow your pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead high-value consultative sales cycles with transport managers, operational teams, and C-level
- Win as a team: Partner with internal experts (presales, tech, marketing) to shape and win complex deals
- Manage and forecast your pipeline using CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Who you are
- Closing deals and achieving targets is what thrives you.
- Sales experience: Relevant B2B sales experience in freight, logistics or TMS is required.
- Strong solution seller: You know how to uncover pain, sell ROI, and close
- You're a hunter: You proactively seek out and engage new business opportunities — you're not one to wait for leads to come to you.
- You're fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
- Autonomous, curious, and accountable — you're the kind of person who gets things done.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM and SaaS sales tools

You’ll work from the East-Flanders office (hybrid), with regular client visits and onboarding travel to HQs in the Netherlands and Germany. Travel is more frequent in the first months; afterward, expect 1–2 strategic visits per year.
Important: This role is based in East-Flanders, Belgium. For that reason, we're currently only considering candidates who are fluent in Dutch.
