Your Role

As a Maintenance Manager, you will take the lead in ensuring that both our production equipment and facilities operate at their best — safely, reliably, and sustainably. You will lead and coach a skilled maintenance and facility team, champion continuous improvement, and play a vital role in shaping the future of our site.

In this position, you will not only oversee processes, but you will also help drive them forward. From innovation in equipment technology to optimizing energy usage, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners to find the smartest solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance & Facility team, supporting individual growth through structured development plans.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and facility activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance at every step.
• Strategic Projects: Drive key projects including Equipment & Facility Ownership (EFO) under our PEAK operational excellence program.
• Technical Oversight: Manage technical processes and continuous improvements across machines, systems, and facilities to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Budget Management: Build and track maintenance and facility budgets, including CAPEX planning and outsourcing strategy.
• Sustainability & Safety: Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and energy efficiency across all activities on site.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineers, subcontractors, and external partners to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.

What You Bring

• Education: Master's degree or equivalent through proven experience in a technical or engineering field.
• Experience: Solid, hands-on experience in managing technical and facility-related projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and CMMS (knowledge of utility systems and power distribution is a plus).
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• You: A confident leader and natural communicator, with a passion for innovation, a sharp problem-solving mindset, and the ability to inspire and empower others.
