Business Development Manager


Business Development Manager – Space Sector

Location: Belgium (Remote)

Full-Time, Permanent position

(Qualifying applicants must have EU or UK Citizenship)


We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our client who are a well-established but fast growing NewSpace company supplying into space and satellite companies around the globe!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities with current and prospective customers to expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and business growth.
  • Create detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals to potential clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable agreements and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify opportunities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong background in the space sector, with proven sales or account management expertise.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • EU or UK citizenship is mandatory, along with availability for periodic travel to their HQ, Client sites, Events and Conferences.
