💼 What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to person for TIR2+3 customers — offering smart solutions and friendly support.
- Handle incoming inquiries, create quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Process and track orders to make sure everything arrives on time and on point.
- Keep customer data accurate and up-to-date in our SAP Business One system.
- Work closely with our Key Account Managers and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotations — you're not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost both customer satisfaction and sales.
- Help manage stock levels and make sure our products are ready when customers need them.
👤 What You Bring
- You love to sell and build strong customer relationships.
- Your personality is positive, proactive, and full of energy — others feed off your enthusiasm.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or technical-commercial field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a must.
- Great communication skills and a knack for solving problems.
- You thrive in a fast-moving environment and have a sharp eye for detail.
- Knowledge of telecom or technical products is a bonus.
- You’re confident using MS Office and SAP Business One.
- Fluent in Dutch (native), English (professional) and French (conversational). German is a nice extra.
