We are currently looking for a
Senior Business Analys
t to join our team and contribute to impactful projects in this context.

Your Role

• Analyze and document business needs across departments, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear functional and data requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as a proxy Product Owner within Agile teams: manage and refine the backlog, prioritize features, and validate deliverables.
• Model business processes and data flows using BPMN and other standards to inform solution design and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to enterprise and business architecture.
• Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance and integration testing.
• Support change management and adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in engineering, IT, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
• Strong skills in process modeling (BPMN), requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Product Owner responsibilities.
• Knowledge of digital, automation, and enterprise data strategies.
• Experience in the energy industry is a very strong asset

• Fluent in Dutch or French, with working proficiency in English.
