Jumpstart your career by joining NX Corporate Finance as an intern and learn firsthand the dynamic surroundings of Corporate Finance. We are looking for a passionate person who wants to experience entrepreneurship and use their financial knowledge to help building impactful relations. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training and will be able to develop your M&A skills by being involved from A-Z in different M&A processes. 

We’ll trust you to become an important part of the team by:

• conducting financial analyses
• carrying out company and industry sector researches
• analyzing business plans
• preparing (investor) presentations
• supporting the team with due diligence
• assisting in the execution process of deals
• joining client meetings

Your profile

Are you ambitious, curious and eager to learn? Are you keen on working closely together in a team setting and a social environment where you get to meet Entrepreneurs, Private Equity investors, VC investors, Business Angels, Institutional investors, Bankers, etc. ? Then this might be a great internship for you! 

• You have a strong academic track record with a degree in Accounting, Economics and/or Finance and preferably a previous internship experience in M&A/PE
• Have an understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
• Outstanding analytical and commercial skills
• Displaying pro-activity, self-discipline and being quality and result-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English are key
• A demonstrated interest in M&A
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
