We are currently seeking a skilled Government Affairs Manager to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will be providing support to our engagement with EU government entities. If you're ready to make a difference, join us What You'll Be Doing Research AI legislation and policy developments to stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends that may impact NVIDIA's government affairs initiatives. Manage industry affiliations such as trade associations, monitoring relevant output and ensuring the team is informed about relevant publications and activities. Analyse proposed regulations and policy frameworks to assess their potential implications for NVIDIA's products, services, and market positioning. Assist in the development and execution of strategic programs aimed at fostering positive relationships with EU institutions. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence. Serve as a primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in budget planning and management for government affairs programs, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and cost-effective resource utilisation. Find opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the Government Affairs Team, including helping to identify how the team can implement AI tools in their work. Coordinate logistical aspects of the EU programs, including meetings, events, conferences, and site visits. What We Need To See 5+ years'experience of working in a relevant organisation e.g. public affairs consultancy, government agency, trade association or in-house team Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent English and additional EU-language communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse parties. Diligent mentality with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work. Ways To Stand Out Fromthe Crowd Experience working in government affairs or public policy roles in the EU Institutions. Enthusiasm for technology, including AI. Competency in additional European languages is desirable. Knowledge of the European regulatory environment and relevant industry standards.
