As Sales Manager Belgium, you lead and develop a high-performing sales and clinical sales team. You drive revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure the right structure, processes and execution to support long-term success in the Belgian market. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and develop Account Managers and Clinical Sales Representatives Build and retain high-performing teams Drive sales growth and achieve regional targets Develop strategic relationships with key and high-value customers Own pricing and margin management Ensure strong CRM usage and execution of account plans Implement commercial campaigns and lead-generation initiatives Your profile 5+ years' experience in sales management or key account management Healthcare experience is a strong asset Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills High commercial and analytical acumen Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
