Senior Business Process Analyst

NTT DATA is currently looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst for a public agency in Brussels.

• Freelance B2B contract for 200 man-days with possible extension.

Your role:

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support and optimize several key digital solutions that serve the city and its citizens.

You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing various solutions:

• Access and security
• Intelligent key and asset management
• Digital council processes
• Administrative Sanctions System

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and formalize client requirements, ensure high-quality implementation of IT solutions, measure satisfaction, and propose corrective actions.
• Assist clients in defining their needs through interviews, document analysis, observation, and event tracking.
• Specify requirements using diagrams (UML, BPMN), dictionaries, natural language statements, prototypes, scenarios, or draft user manuals.
• Actively participate in projects as a functional analyst.
• Consolidate workload estimates (man-days) related to software adaptations and developments.
• Create, maintain, and review operational documentation to ensure smooth and continuous service delivery.
• Plan and monitor the delivery of software adaptations and developments.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the public sector
• Minimum 2 years of experience with building access management solutions
• Minimum 2 years of experience with administrative sanctions systems
• Experience in citizen- or city-oriented solutions
• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Experience in ERP development environments
• Certification as a Product Owner is a strong asset
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN modeling tools

• Expertise in:

• Municipal administrative sanctions systems

• Council management solutions
• Building access control systems

Skills

You are fluent in French and English and you have a basic understanding of Dutch.
