We are looking for a Cybersecurity Programme Coordinator to lead and implement our national Cybersecurity Programme for hospitals. This is a strategic and operational role at the heart of digital transformation in healthcare.

Your role

• Develop and implement the Cyber Programme strategy in collaboration with the Steering Committee.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses of the programme with stakeholders and propose improvements.
• Report regularly to the Steering Committee on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
• Communicate the strategy across the healthcare sector via circulars, info flashes, application forms, and mailbox support.
• Collect and verify hospital data, documents, and compliance with programme rules.
• Maintain and update the SharePoint site "Cybersecurity for Hospitals".
• Organise Peer Reviews and quarterly Steering Committee meetings.

• Collaborate with the Finance Department on:

• Budget forecasting and allocation per hospital.

• Communicating regulatory updates.

• Manage the relationship with the central purchasing body.

• Track actions and progress across all programme components.

Your profile:

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in cybersecurity, healthcare, or public sector programmes is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and French or Dutch.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and collaborative tools.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
