Business Analyst- Agile/BPMN/ Project Management

For one of our clients based in Brussels, we are looking for a
Business
analyst
. This position is hybrid.

Job

As a Business Analyst, you will join the company's departments in order to support projects aimed at digitalising and optimising business processes. You will play an active role in a number of business projects designed to meet the objectives of digitising and optimising the processes of departments.

Job responsibilities

• The Business Analyst organises the meetings and workshops required to understand and map the business processes as the company wishes them to be.
• He/she writes the documents needed to define the process so that they can be used directly by the developers to implement the solution.
• He/she acts as a gateway for the purpose of translating a business language into an ICT language.
• Throughout the project, he/she ensures that the solution implemented corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the Business.

Skills

• You have good oral and written communication skills. You are fluent in one of the two national languages (FR-NL) and have a very good understanding of the second.
• Knowledge of English is an asset for this role
• You enjoy team and project work
• You are familiar with negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders
• You have experience of Agile-type projects
• You are familiar with test preparation/coordination
• You are familiar with managing and organising workshops and analysing requirements

Homeworking

You are prepared to work in the office (Brussels) at least 2 days a week
