Main mission

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening partnerships, and maximizing commercial opportunities with our most strategic customers – including
pharmacy chains, wholesalers, e-retailers, and groupments
across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Serve as the main contact and trusted advisor for key accounts (e.g. Medi-Market, Multipharma, NewPharma, ShopApotheke).
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships, deeply understanding customers' objectives, challenges, and business models.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align customer needs with Naos' strategic goals.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Define and execute strategic account plans and annual business plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Drive incremental business within existing accounts through innovative solutions and tailored initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Market Insights

  • Track and analyze account performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate market intelligence into business opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, training, demand planning, finance) to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
  • Lead joint business planning sessions and quarterly reviews with key partners.
  • Foster collaboration and strategic alignment across departments.

Leadership & Ownership

  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on growth and impact.
  • Take full ownership of your accounts, projects, and time — operating with the mindset of a business owner.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years
    of experience in key account management, sales, or business development — ideally within
    pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetic, consumer health, or FMCG
    sectors.
  • Proven success in managing large pharmacy, retail, or e-commerce accounts and delivering commercial results.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory
    – at negotiation and presentation level.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about delivering growth and impact.
  • Willingness to travel approximately
    4–5 weeks per year
    across the Benelux region
    and occasionally abroad
    for business meetings, events, or trainings.
